- 1 Mango, diced
- 1 cup of Speculoos cookies, crumbled
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the crème fouettée until stiff peaks form.
- Add sugar and vanilla, then gently mix.
- Dice the mango into small cubes.
- Crumble the speculoos cookies.
- In verrines, alternate layers of crème fouettée, mango cubes, and crumbled speculoos.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Serve verrines chilled. You can garnish with a piece of mango or a speculoos cookie for decoration. For a richer flavor, consider adding lemon zest to the whipped cream.
