Description

A quick and easy dish featuring sautéed tofu and colorful vegetables, packed with flavor and healthy ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 400g pressed tofu
  • Broccoli, to taste
  • Carrots, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate in soy sauce and ginger for 15 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the tofu and sauté until golden and crispy.
  4. Add broccoli and carrots, and sauté until tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
