Ingredients

- 400g pressed tofu
- Broccoli, to taste
- Carrots, to taste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate in soy sauce and ginger for 15 minutes.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the tofu and sauté until golden and crispy.
- Add broccoli and carrots, and sauté until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.

Feel free to add any vegetables you have on hand. Adjust seasoning according to your preference.
