Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks with sugar until pale and fluffy. Melt dark chocolate and mix it in.
  2. Fold the mascarpone into the zabaglione mixture until smooth.
  3. Soak the biscuits in the strong coffee for a quick dip.
  4. Layer soaked biscuits in a dish for presentation.
  5. Spread a layer of choc-mascarpone cream over the biscuits. Repeat layering until ingredients are used up.
  6. Finish with a cream layer on top and refrigerate overnight.
