Description

A light and fruity twist on the classic Tiramisu, featuring creamy layers of mascarpone and an assortment of red berries. No baking required!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 g boudoirs (ladyfingers)
  • 200 g fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 ml strawberry juice
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • Cocoa powder for decoration

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the red fruits. Cut strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.
  3. Quickly dip each boudoir in the strawberry juice.
  4. Layer boudoirs at the bottom of a dish.
  5. Add half of the mascarpone mixture on top of the boudoirs.
  6. Add a layer of red fruits.
  7. Repeat with the remaining boudoirs, mascarpone, and fruits.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder.

Notes

Avoid soaking the boudoirs too long and make sure to refrigerate for best flavor.
