Description
A light and fruity twist on the classic Tiramisu, featuring creamy layers of mascarpone and an assortment of red berries. No baking required!
Ingredients

- 250 g mascarpone
- 150 g boudoirs (ladyfingers)
- 200 g fresh strawberries, chopped
- 100 g raspberries
- 100 g blueberries
- 100 ml strawberry juice
- 60 g sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- Cocoa powder for decoration
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the red fruits. Cut strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.
- Quickly dip each boudoir in the strawberry juice.
- Layer boudoirs at the bottom of a dish.
- Add half of the mascarpone mixture on top of the boudoirs.
- Add a layer of red fruits.
- Repeat with the remaining boudoirs, mascarpone, and fruits.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Notes
Avoid soaking the boudoirs too long and make sure to refrigerate for best flavor.
