  • Coulis Kinder (melted Kinder chocolate)
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Crème fraîche épaisse
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Kinder coulis by melting the Kinder chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, keeping an eye on it.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone with crème, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Quickly dip the boudoirs in the Kinder coulis and place them in serving glasses.
  4. Alternate layers of boudoirs and mascarpone cream, being generous with the layers.
  5. Finish with a layer of cream and decorate with extra coulis and crushed Kinder chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
