A delicious and easy Tiramisu with layers of coffee-soaked biscuits and creamy mascarpone.
Ingredients

- Biscuits à la cuillère
- 1 cup Café espresso
- 500g Mascarpone
- 100g Sucre
- 4 Jaunes d’œufs
- 2 tablespoons Cacao
- 2 tablespoons Amaretto (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the café espresso and let it cool.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens.
- Add the mascarpone and gently mix until you have a smooth cream.
- Quickly dip the biscuits in the espresso and arrange them in a dish.
- Spread a layer of mascarpone cream over the biscuits.
- Repeat with another layer of biscuits and mascarpone.
- Dust with cacao.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, ideally overnight, before serving.
Notes
Letting the Tiramisu chill overnight enhances the flavors. Remember to cool your coffee and avoid soaking the biscuits too long.
