Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 200g lardons fumés
  • 150ml vin blanc
  • 250g reblochon de Savoie

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.
  2. In the Cookeo, sauté the lardons until crispy.
  3. Add the potatoes and white wine, then cook under pressure for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with chunks of reblochon.
  5. Bake until the cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to peel the potatoes for the best texture. For a vegetarian option, substitute lardons with sautéed mushrooms.
