A creamy and cheesy French comfort dish made easy with the Cookeo.
Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes
- 200g lardons fumés
- 150ml vin blanc
- 250g reblochon de Savoie
Instructions
- Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.
- In the Cookeo, sauté the lardons until crispy.
- Add the potatoes and white wine, then cook under pressure for 10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with chunks of reblochon.
- Bake until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to peel the potatoes for the best texture. For a vegetarian option, substitute lardons with sautéed mushrooms.
