Ingredients
- Pâte sablée (sable dough)
- Crème d’amandes (almond cream)
- Liqueur de mirabelle
- Mirabelles dénoyautées (pitted mirabelles)
- Abricots ou prunes (substitutes: apricots or plums)
Instructions
- Prepare the sable dough and line it in a tart pan.
- Mix the almond cream with the mirabelle liqueur.
- Spread the almond cream on the dough.
- Arrange pitted mirabelles on top of the cream.
- Bake until the tart is golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
The tart can be stored for up to 3 days. Be patient before cutting, let it cool properly!
