- 4 citrons jaunes
 - 25 cl d’eau
 - 250 g de sucre
 - 2 citrons
 - 400 g de mascarpone
 - 25 cl de crème liquide
 - 4 jaunes d’œufs
 - 70 g de sucre
 - 5 cl de limoncello
 - Environ 20 biscuits cuillères
 
Instructions
- For the candied lemons, peel the yellow lemons and cut them into quarters. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar to make a syrup. Add lemons and simmer until tender.
 - For the mascarpone cream, whisk the egg yolks with sugar until creamy. Add mascarpone, liquid cream, and limoncello, then mix.
 - In a dish, layer ladyfinger cookies, then the cream, followed by another layer of cookies and finish with cream.
 - Decorate with candied lemons and refrigerate before serving.
 
Notes
Serve chilled, adding lemon zest for decoration and mint for color. Best consumed within 2-3 days.
