- 150g frozen raspberries
- 100g blueberries
- 250ml coconut water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 dates
Instructions
- Grab your blender.
- Peel and toss in the banana.
- Add the frozen raspberries.
- Throw in the blueberries.
- Pour in the coconut water.
- Spoon in the chia seeds.
- Chop and add the ginger.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice.
- Add the dates.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately in your favorite glass.

Best enjoyed fresh. If using frozen fruits, your smoothie will be extra cold and refreshing!
