Description

A delicious, fruity smoothie made with bananas, raspberries, and blueberries, perfect for breakfast or a refreshing snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 150g frozen raspberries
  • 100g blueberries
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 dates

Instructions

  1. Grab your blender.
  2. Peel and toss in the banana.
  3. Add the frozen raspberries.
  4. Throw in the blueberries.
  5. Pour in the coconut water.
  6. Spoon in the chia seeds.
  7. Chop and add the ginger.
  8. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
  9. Add the dates.
  10. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  11. Serve immediately in your favorite glass.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. If using frozen fruits, your smoothie will be extra cold and refreshing!
