Description
A soft, chocolate-filled brioche that creates sweet memories and is perfect for breakfast or with a cup of coffee.
Ingredients

- 500g flour
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 10g yeast
- 250ml warm milk
- 100g melted butter
- 2 eggs
- Nutella
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- In another bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and knead until a smooth, elastic dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a uniform rectangle.
- Spread a generous layer of Nutella over the rolled-out dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long edge to form a roll.
- Cut the rolled dough into equal pieces (about 5-6 cm) and place them in a buttered baking dish.
- Let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before dusting with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Store at room temperature for up to 3 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, refrigeration is possible but may affect texture.
