- Fresh ginger, sliced
- Green onions, chopped
- Shaoxing wine
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Rinse and dry the salmon filet.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Place the sliced ginger and chopped green onions on top of the salmon.
- Drizzle with Shaoxing wine.
- Set the salmon in a steaming dish.
- Steam for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
