Instructions
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into chunks.
- Cook them in boiling water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the sweet potatoes and mash them with a potato press or fork.
- Season with salt to taste.
- For a roasted version, roast the sweet potatoes until golden and caramelized instead of boiling.
