- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond milk, chia seeds, and honey. Just dump them in there.
- Stir well to avoid clumps for a smooth blend.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, stir the pudding and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to substitute almond milk with coconut milk or soy milk. You can also use maple syrup instead of honey for sweetness.
