Ingredients

- 250g pasta
- 200g broccoli, cut into small florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 50g grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, mixing well.
- Stir in the parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving. You can also top with toasted pine nuts for a bit of crunch.
