Ingredients

  • 250g pasta
  • 200g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 50g grated parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, mixing well.
  5. Stir in the parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving. You can also top with toasted pine nuts for a bit of crunch.
