Description

A silky and delicate Italian dessert featuring raspberry coulis, perfect for impressing guests.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500ml crème liquide
  • 200ml lait entier
  • 100g sucre en poudre
  • 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
  • 1.5g agar-agar
  • 250g framboises
  • 50g sucre (pour le coulis)
  • 60ml eau
  • Jus de citron (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine crème liquide, lait entier, sucre en poudre, and sucre vanillé over low heat until dissolved.
  2. Add the agar-agar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes to activate the agar-agar.
  3. Pour into molds and let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  4. For the coulis, cook framboises, sugar, and water over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Strain to remove seeds.
  5. Carefully unmold the panna cotta onto plates and serve with raspberry coulis.

Notes

Serve with fresh raspberries and mint leaves for decoration. Can add whipped cream for extra sweetness.
