A silky and delicate Italian dessert featuring raspberry coulis, perfect for impressing guests.
Ingredients

- 500ml crème liquide
- 200ml lait entier
- 100g sucre en poudre
- 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
- 1.5g agar-agar
- 250g framboises
- 50g sucre (pour le coulis)
- 60ml eau
- Jus de citron (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine crème liquide, lait entier, sucre en poudre, and sucre vanillé over low heat until dissolved.
- Add the agar-agar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes to activate the agar-agar.
- Pour into molds and let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- For the coulis, cook framboises, sugar, and water over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Strain to remove seeds.
- Carefully unmold the panna cotta onto plates and serve with raspberry coulis.
Notes
Serve with fresh raspberries and mint leaves for decoration. Can add whipped cream for extra sweetness.
