- 125g almond milk yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the coconut oil, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a lightly greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
