- 1 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
- Add the Greek yogurt and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and add the eggs, mixing until smooth.
- If desired, add the walnuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan and serving.
