  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and add the eggs, mixing until smooth.
  6. If desired, add the walnuts or chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before removing from the pan and serving.
