Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In the Thermomix bowl, add the peeled bananas and mash them for 10 seconds at speed 4.
- Add the softened butter and sugar, then mix for 30 seconds at speed 4.
- Incorporate the eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Mix for 1 minute at speed 4.
- Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for about 50 to 60 minutes, checking for doneness with a knife.
Notes
Make sure to use ripe bananas for better sweetness and flavor. Preheating the oven is crucial for proper rising.
