- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt and melted butter, and mix well.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time while mixing.
- In another bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just incorporated.
- Add chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan and serving.
