Ingredients

- 200g almonds, chopped
- 100g pistachios, chopped
- 150g candied fruits, chopped
- 500ml heavy cream
- 150g Italian meringue
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped almonds, pistachios, and candied fruits.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the Italian meringue into the whipped cream.
- Carefully add the mix of nuts and fruits to the cream mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a mold and smooth the top.
- Freeze for at least 360 minutes (6 hours).
- Once frozen, unmold and slice to serve.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality candied fruit and allow enough time for the nougat glacé to freeze properly.
