Description

A sophisticated frozen dessert combining crunchy nuts and creamy textures, perfect for festive occasions.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g almonds, chopped
  • 100g pistachios, chopped
  • 150g candied fruits, chopped
  • 500ml heavy cream
  • 150g Italian meringue

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped almonds, pistachios, and candied fruits.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the Italian meringue into the whipped cream.
  4. Carefully add the mix of nuts and fruits to the cream mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a mold and smooth the top.
  6. Freeze for at least 360 minutes (6 hours).
  7. Once frozen, unmold and slice to serve.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality candied fruit and allow enough time for the nougat glacé to freeze properly.
