Description

Delicious, caramelized mini brioche bites that make for a comforting and indulgent treat, perfect for breakfast or snack time.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 mini-brioches or pieces of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Cut the mini brioches in half or into pieces.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat with the butter.
  4. Quickly dip each piece of brioche into the egg and milk mixture.
  5. Place the pieces in the hot pan. Cook until golden brown on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove the brioches from the pan and place them on a plate.
  7. For extra flavor, sprinkle some sugar on them as soon as they are out of the pan.

Notes

Serve warm with melted chocolate, jam, or fresh fruits for a delicious touch.
