Delicious, caramelized mini brioche bites that make for a comforting and indulgent treat, perfect for breakfast or snack time.
Ingredients

- 4 mini-brioches or pieces of bread
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 30 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Cut the mini brioches in half or into pieces.
- Heat a pan over medium heat with the butter.
- Quickly dip each piece of brioche into the egg and milk mixture.
- Place the pieces in the hot pan. Cook until golden brown on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the brioches from the pan and place them on a plate.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle some sugar on them as soon as they are out of the pan.
Notes
Serve warm with melted chocolate, jam, or fresh fruits for a delicious touch.
