Ingredients
- Rice paper wrappers
- Ground meat (beef, pork, or chicken)
- Carrots, julienned
- Onion, finely chopped
- Garlic, minced
- Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat some vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in the julienned carrots and soy sauce, then season with salt and pepper.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each wrapper, fold and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
