Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Ground meat (beef, pork, or chicken)
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Onion, finely chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat some vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the julienned carrots and soy sauce, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable.
  6. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each wrapper, fold and roll tightly.
  7. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
