A foolproof and quick chocolate fondant recipe made in an air fryer, perfect for impressing your guests with minimal effort.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 150g butter
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 80g flour

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with sugar until frothy and fluffy.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate-butter mixture into the frothy egg mixture.
  4. Gently fold in the sieved flour.
  5. Stir until you have a smooth batter without lumps.
  6. Preheat your air fryer for about 5 minutes at 180°C.
  7. Pour the batter into ramekins or silicone molds.
  8. Cook in the air fryer for about 8 minutes.
  9. Let them cool for a minute before flipping onto a plate.
  10. Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.
