A foolproof and quick chocolate fondant recipe made in an air fryer, perfect for impressing your guests with minimal effort.
Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g butter
- 150g powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 80g flour
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together.
- In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with sugar until frothy and fluffy.
- Pour the melted chocolate-butter mixture into the frothy egg mixture.
- Gently fold in the sieved flour.
- Stir until you have a smooth batter without lumps.
- Preheat your air fryer for about 5 minutes at 180°C.
- Pour the batter into ramekins or silicone molds.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 8 minutes.
- Let them cool for a minute before flipping onto a plate.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.

Be careful not to overcook, as the center should remain gooey.
