Ingredients

  • 60 g Farine de blé
  • 4 Saucisse(s) de Francfort
  • 0.25 c. à café Sel
  • 0.25 c. à café Poivre noir
  • 20 g Sucre
  • 2 c. à café Levure chimique
  • 1 Œuf(s)
  • 120 ml Lait
  • 4 Bâtonnet de bois
  • Huile de friture

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the corn flour, wheat flour, salt, pepper, sugar, and baking powder.
  2. Add the milk and egg, and mix until combined.
  3. Heat oil to medium temperature.
  4. Insert a stick into each sausage.
  5. Dip the sausages into the batter.
  6. Fry the corn dogs for 3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise.

Notes

Ensure the oil is hot before frying for a crispy crust. Alter the batter with spices for added flavor.
