- 60 g Farine de blé
- 4 Saucisse(s) de Francfort
- 0.25 c. à café Sel
- 0.25 c. à café Poivre noir
- 20 g Sucre
- 2 c. à café Levure chimique
- 1 Œuf(s)
- 120 ml Lait
- 4 Bâtonnet de bois
- Huile de friture
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the corn flour, wheat flour, salt, pepper, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add the milk and egg, and mix until combined.
- Heat oil to medium temperature.
- Insert a stick into each sausage.
- Dip the sausages into the batter.
- Fry the corn dogs for 3 minutes.
- Serve hot with ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise.
Notes
Ensure the oil is hot before frying for a crispy crust. Alter the batter with spices for added flavor.
