An easy and delicious air fryer recipe for juicy beef top sirloin that you can whip up in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- 800g hampe de bœuf (about 1.75 pounds)
- 3 échalotes, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 30g salted butter
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Remove the beef from the refrigerator 45 minutes before cooking.
- Pat the meat with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Generously season the meat with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C (392°F) for 5 minutes.
- Lightly oil the basket with olive oil.
- Place the beef in the Air Fryer and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Turn the meat halfway through cooking.
- Let the meat rest covered with aluminum foil for 5-10 minutes.
- Prepare the chimichurri sauce by finely chopping cilantro and garlic. Gradually add olive oil, then incorporate vinegar and lemon juice.
Notes
Serve the beef with chimichurri sauce for an extra flavor boost.
