Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chopped fresh herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden.
- Serve hot with vegetables or salad.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Use thighs for juicier meat.
