Instructions

  2. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  3. Sauté the onions and garlic in a pan, then add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. In a baking dish, layer potatoes, then the meat mixture, repeating until ingredients are used up.
  5. Drizzle with crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper, and top with grated cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
