Description

A delicious cookie pizza infused with milk chocolate and peanut butter, perfect for sharing at gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 130 g of softened butter
  • 70 g of natural peanut butter (100% peanuts)
  • 60 g of brown sugar
  • 40 g of white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of natural vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 185 g of flour
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g of roasted salted peanuts (30 g for dough, 20 g for topping)
  • 120 g of milk chocolate chips
  • 110 g of 40% milk chocolate
  • 50 g of heavy cream (minimum 30% fat)
  • 15 g of butter
  • Some spoonfuls of peanut praline
  • Roasted salted peanuts (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter with peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the egg and whisk energetically, then mix in the dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt, then sift over the liquid mixture. Gently fold in with a spatula.
  4. Chop the roasted peanuts and chocolate chips. Add them to the dough, reserving about 20 g of peanuts for decoration.
  5. Spread the dough in a 20 cm pastry circle on a lined baking sheet or use a standard cake pan.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved 20 g of peanuts over the cookie dough. Bake at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Tip: The edges should be golden, while the center remains slightly puffed and soft. Let cool on a rack to stop cooking.
  8. Chop the milk chocolate into small pieces. Heat the cream without boiling, then pour over the chocolate and butter. Let sit for 3 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
  9. Cover the ganache and refrigerate while the cookie cools completely.
  10. Once cooled, pipe the milk chocolate ganache on top.
  11. Add peanut praline in small dabs or replace with peanut butter as desired.
  12. Finish with a few roasted salted peanuts for decoration.

Notes

Ensure butter is well softened for good texture. Do not overbake the cookie; a soft center is key!
