A delicious cookie pizza infused with milk chocolate and peanut butter, perfect for sharing at gatherings.
Ingredients

- 130 g of softened butter
- 70 g of natural peanut butter (100% peanuts)
- 60 g of brown sugar
- 40 g of white sugar
- 1/2 tsp of natural vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 185 g of flour
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g of roasted salted peanuts (30 g for dough, 20 g for topping)
- 120 g of milk chocolate chips
- 110 g of 40% milk chocolate
- 50 g of heavy cream (minimum 30% fat)
- 15 g of butter
- Some spoonfuls of peanut praline
- Roasted salted peanuts (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter with peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and whisk energetically, then mix in the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt, then sift over the liquid mixture. Gently fold in with a spatula.
- Chop the roasted peanuts and chocolate chips. Add them to the dough, reserving about 20 g of peanuts for decoration.
- Spread the dough in a 20 cm pastry circle on a lined baking sheet or use a standard cake pan.
- Sprinkle the reserved 20 g of peanuts over the cookie dough. Bake at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Tip: The edges should be golden, while the center remains slightly puffed and soft. Let cool on a rack to stop cooking.
- Chop the milk chocolate into small pieces. Heat the cream without boiling, then pour over the chocolate and butter. Let sit for 3 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
- Cover the ganache and refrigerate while the cookie cools completely.
- Once cooled, pipe the milk chocolate ganache on top.
- Add peanut praline in small dabs or replace with peanut butter as desired.
- Finish with a few roasted salted peanuts for decoration.
Notes
Ensure butter is well softened for good texture. Do not overbake the cookie; a soft center is key!
