- 1 galette de sarrasin
 - 1 œuf
 - 2 tranches de jambon
 - 100g de fromage râpé
 - Sel
 - Poivre
 - Beurre
 
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
 - Place the galette de sarrasin in the skillet.
 - Crack an egg in the center of the galette.
 - Add the slices of ham and grated cheese around the egg.
 - Season with salt and pepper.
 - Fold the edges of the galette over the egg and toppings.
 - Cook for 5-7 minutes until the egg is cooked and the cheese is melted.
 - Serve hot.
 
Notes
Serve with a green salad for a more balanced meal. Adding mustard or sauce can enhance the flavors.
