  • Sel
  • Poivre

Instructions

  2. Place the galette de sarrasin in the skillet.
  3. Crack an egg in the center of the galette.
  4. Add the slices of ham and grated cheese around the egg.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fold the edges of the galette over the egg and toppings.

  8. Serve hot.
