Description

Tender and flavorful filet medallions cooked quickly and easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g filet mignon de porc
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the filet mignon into 2 cm thick medallions.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. (Optional) Let marinate for 30 minutes with soy sauce and honey.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.
  6. Place the medallions in the basket without overlapping.
  7. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Check for a pink center at 65°C if desired.

Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
