Ingredients
Scale
- 500 g filet mignon de porc
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the filet mignon into 2 cm thick medallions.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- (Optional) Let marinate for 30 minutes with soy sauce and honey.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.
- Place the medallions in the basket without overlapping.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for a pink center at 65°C if desired.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
