  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Roll the dough tightly and cut it into slices. Place the slices in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the icing: mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. Once the rolls are baked, let them cool slightly, then spread the icing on top before serving.
