- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut it into slices. Place the slices in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare the icing: mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Once the rolls are baked, let them cool slightly, then spread the icing on top before serving.
