 - 2 œufs
 - 80g de farine
 - Salt
 - Pepper
 - 2 tranches de jambon blanc
 - 2 tranches d’emmental
 
Instructions
- Grate the courgette in a bowl.
 - Add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
 - Incorporate the slices of ham and emmental into the mixture.
 - Heat a skillet with a bit of oil.
 - Pour the mixture into the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden.
