Instructions
- Steam or boil the broccoli until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes. Chop finely.
- In a large bowl, mix chopped broccoli, eggs, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, and fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form individual patties with your hands, ensuring they are compact.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully place the patties in the skillet and cook each side until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce or dip.
