Deliciously crispy air fryer gnocchi, easy to make and a perfect snack or side dish.

- 1 package of dry gnocchi
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Cooking spray (optional)
- Marinara sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- In a bowl, combine dry gnocchi, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, paprika, and salt. Stir well.
- Toss until gnocchi are evenly coated.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, if using.
- Place the coated gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce.
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. You can also use different types of cheese or spices based on your preference.
