Description

Deliciously crispy air fryer gnocchi, easy to make and a perfect snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of dry gnocchi
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking spray (optional)
  • Marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine dry gnocchi, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, paprika, and salt. Stir well.
  3. Toss until gnocchi are evenly coated.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, if using.
  5. Place the coated gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Serve hot with marinara sauce.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. You can also use different types of cheese or spices based on your preference.
