Description

Quick and easy homemade crêpes, perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a light meal, made with yogurt and apples.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 grated apple
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil or butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, eggs, and grated apple in a bowl.
  2. Add flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt; mix until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet with oil or butter.
  4. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Serve warm with desired toppings.

Notes

Store crêpes in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
