- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 grated apple
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Oil or butter for cooking
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, eggs, and grated apple in a bowl.
- Add flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt; mix until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet with oil or butter.
- Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve warm with desired toppings.
Notes
Store crêpes in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
