- 3 ripe bananas
- 250 ml crème fraîche
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Add the crème fraîche and sugar to the banana puree and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and optional cinnamon.
- Divide the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with banana slices, chocolate shavings, fruit coulis, or mint leaves.
Notes
Use fully ripe bananas for optimal sweetness. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the mashed bananas to prevent browning.
