Description

Ingredients

  • 250 ml crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the crème fraîche and sugar to the banana puree and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and optional cinnamon.
  4. Divide the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with banana slices, chocolate shavings, fruit coulis, or mint leaves.

Notes

Use fully ripe bananas for optimal sweetness. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the mashed bananas to prevent browning.
