Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the chicken.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the cheese is bubbling.
