- 500 g white fish (such as cod or sole), cut into pieces
- 200 g seafood (such as shrimp and mussels)
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon saffron
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the fish and seafood, cooking for about 5 minutes until slightly wilted.
- Stir in the white wine and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the heavy cream and saffron, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into casseroles, distributing the fish and seafood evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes until creamy and delicious.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
