A quick and easy tiramisu recipe that combines creamy mascarpone with coffee-soaked ladyfingers for a delicious dessert.
Ingredients

- 250 g mascarpone
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 200 ml espresso
- 24 ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder
- Amaretto (optional)
Instructions
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. In a bowl, whisk the yolks with the sugar until pale.
- Add the mascarpone and mix until smooth.
- Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the mascarpone mixture gently.
- Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee (and amaretto if using) and layer them in a dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat layering with remaining ingredients, finishing with a mascarpone layer on top.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
Notes
Ensure not to over-soak the ladyfingers and give the dessert enough chilling time for best flavor.
