Instructions
- Prepare strong coffee and let it cool.
- In a bowl, whisk egg yolks with sugar until the mixture whitens.
- Incorporate mascarpone into the egg yolk mixture.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the mixture.
- Quickly dip the ladyfingers into coffee and place them at the bottom of a mold.

- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes.
