Description

A delicious twist on the classic Italian tiramisu, enhanced with chocolate Bueno bars for a delightful flavor.


Ingredients

  • 6 bars of chocolate Bueno
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strong coffee, cooled
  • 1 package ladyfinger biscuits
  • Cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with the sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Dip the ladyfinger biscuits in the brewed coffee and arrange them at the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the biscuits.
  5. Crush 3 Bueno bars and sprinkle over the mascarpone layer.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining biscuits, the rest of the mascarpone mixture, and crushed Bueno bars.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with additional Bueno pieces.

Notes

To intensify the flavor, use strong espresso coffee. Ensure the cream and mascarpone are well chilled before mixing.
