Delicious oat caramel bars with golden layers of oats, creamy caramel, and smooth milk chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup caramel (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup milk chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- While the base is baking, melt the caramel over low heat until smooth.
- Once baked, remove the oat base from the oven and spread the warm caramel over it.
- Melt the milk chocolate and pour it over the caramel, spreading it evenly.
- Let everything cool to room temperature, then cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
