Description

A delightfully moist banana bread that’s easy to make and hits the sweet spot.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 150g oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add the eggs and honey, then mix well.
  4. Stir in the oats, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
  6. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for about 45 minutes.
  8. Check with a knife if the top is golden and comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before removing from the pan.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding nuts or chocolate chips to the batter.
