- 3 ripe bananas
- 150g oats
- 2 eggs
- 100g honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add the eggs and honey, then mix well.
- Stir in the oats, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix until you have a smooth batter.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for about 45 minutes.
- Check with a knife if the top is golden and comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding nuts or chocolate chips to the batter.
